Eng. Jeddie Luka is a highly qualified and experienced Professional Civil Engineer with over 20 years of experience in managing major infrastructure projects in Malawi. He is a Registered Professional Engineer (PrEng), a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)®, and holds a Master’s Degree in Infrastructure Development and Management.
Throughout his career, Eng. Luka has successfully managed and delivered large-scale, donor-funded projects for globally recognized institutions such as the African Development Bank (AfDB), World Bank, European Union, European Investment Bank, KfW, and Millennium Challenge Corporation.
His key expertise spans the Energy, Water and Sanitation, Irrigation, and Transport sectors. He has a proven track record in all project implementation phases, from planning and procurement to construction, handover, and project closeout, with deep knowledge in the application of international standards including FIDIC contracts.
As Director of Planning and Development, Eng. Luka brings key strategic oversight, technical expertise, and proven leadership in guiding the planning, development, and implementation of power generation projects.
