2. EGENCO has budgeted funds to be used for procurement of Services for provision of Customs Clearing and Forwarding on a Framework Agreement Contract
3. The Chairman, Internal Procurement Committee, now invites proposals from eligible firms to provide Services for provision of Customs Clearing and Forwarding on a Framework Agreement Contract above as detailed in the Terms of Reference.
4. Interested firms may obtain the Request for Proposals and further information from EGENCO’s Procurement Department at the address given in paragraph 8(a) below from 08:00 to 12:00 hours and from 13:00 to 16:00 hours local time except national public holidays.
5. A complete set of Request for Proposals Document in English language may be purchased by interested bidders at 8(b) below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of MK5, 000.00. The method of payment will be strictly cash or bank certified cheque. The document shall be collected by the bidder. No electronic copy of the bidding document will be sent.
6. Bidders are requested to attend a Pre- Bid Conference on 15th February, 2019 at 8(e) below.
7. Proposals must be delivered to the address at paragraph 8(d) below on or before 5th March 2019 at 14.00 hours Local Time. Late proposals will be rejected. Thereafter proposals will be opened in the presence of bidders who choose to attend the proposal opening at the address given in paragraph 8(e) below.
