1. The Electricity Generation Company (Malawi) Limited has budgeted funds to be used for the Supply and delivery of Materials for Raw Water Pipeline Extension for Nkula Power Station.
2. The Chairman, Internal Procurement Committee, now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for supply and delivery of the Materials for Raw Water Pipeline Extension as indicated in the Bidding Document as below:

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures specified in the Malawi Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Act, 2017.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents from EGENCO’s Procurement Department at the address given in paragraph 8(a) below from 05th February 2018 at 08:00 to 12:00 hrs, 13:00 to 16:00 hrs local time (Monday to Friday) except national public holidays.
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders at 8(b) below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of MK5,000.00. The method of payment will be cash or bank certified cheque. The document may be collected by the bidder.
6. EGENCO shall hold a Pre-Bid Conference on Monday, 18th February, 2019 from 14.00 hours at Chayamba Building, Floor Number 6 Boardroom, No. 7 Victoria Avenue, Blantyre.
7. Sealed bids must be delivered to the address at 8(d) below at or before 14:00 hours on 05th March, 2019.
