1. The Electricity Generation Company (Malawi) Limited has budgeted funds to be used for the Supply and delivery of the above ICT Equipment.
2. The Chairman, Internal Procurement Committee, now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for supply and delivery of the following:

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents from EGENCO’s Procurement Department at the address given in paragraph 8(a) below from 08:00 to 12:00 hrs, 13:00 to 16:00 hrs local time (Monday to Friday) except national public holidays.
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders at the address 8(b) below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of MK5, 000.00. The method of payment is strictly cash or bank certified cheque. The document may be collected by the bidder.
6. Bidders are requested to attend a Pre- Bid Conference on 15th February, 2019 at the address 8(e) below.
7. Sealed bids must be delivered to the address at 8(d) below at or before 14:00 hours on 5th March, 2019.
